か？　なぜ異なる？
LuaTeX-jaを使うときは、とうぶんTeXWorkにする。

洗濯の合間に基本に戻って~/ライブラリ/TeXShopファイルを全て削除して、TeXShopを再インストールした。そうしたら、何事もなかったように、処理できるようになった。過去は忘れて明るい未来。

継ぎ足し継ぎ足しで設定していたようで、新規になると見た目も変わった。
